两种天竺葵不同生长时期的精油含有率及成分研究

Monthly Variation of the Content and Composition of Essential Oils of Pelargonium graveolens and Pelargonium×fragrans in Different Growth Stages

本文对生长在上海地区的香天竺葵(Pelargonium×fragrans)和香叶天竺葵(Pelargonium graveolens)不同月份的精油的含有率及其成分变化进行研究。采样后,用水蒸馏法提取精油,用GC-MS对精油成分进行分析;结果显示,香天竺葵在一月份精油含有率最低,七月份达到了最高点。其精油成分的含量在各个月份不稳定。香叶天竺葵精油成分在6月份和9月份精油含有率最高,精油含有率最低的是在一月份。无论哪个月份的精油,在它们的成分中,香茅醇及它的酯类的含量最高,其次是香叶醇和它的酯。

The purpose of our study was to analyze the coment ratio and change in the composition of essential oils of Pelargo nium × fragrans and Pelargonium graveolens growing in different months in Shanghai so as to decide the best harvest time The essential oils were obtained by steam distillation and analyzed by GC MS after sampling. The results showed that for Pelargonium × fragrans, the content of essential oil in various grow months were unsteady and the highest content ratio wad oh rained in July; for Pelargonium graveolens ,its highest content ratio was achieved in June and September and the lowest in Jan uary. Among all of the main compositions of the essential oil growing in any month, citronellol and its ester hold the highest a mount, the following were geraniol and its ester.
