摘要
为了处理水中重金属离子,制备了系列壳聚糖修饰物(X-CTS):戊二醛交联壳聚糖(GC)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯致壳聚糖多孔膜(DBP-C)、壳聚糖凝胶珠(CHD),对目标产物进行了表征,并将目标产物对水环境中的重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ),Cd2+,Pb2+进行了吸附研究。试验表明,在试验条件下,GC对相同质量浓度Cr(Ⅵ)和Pb2+的吸附率可达到99.6%以上,远大于对Cd2+的吸附;CHD的饱和吸附量为:Pb2+>Cr(Ⅵ)Cd2+;DBP-C的配比为1∶4时,吸附效果最好。同时,研究了1∶4配比DBP-C对Cd2+的静、动态吸附,以及pH、温度、浓度等试验条件对Cd2+吸附的影响,确定了最佳吸附条件。
The series chitosan modified substance of glutaraldehyde-crosslinked chitosan, dibutyl phthalate-chitosan porous membranes and chitosan hydrogel beads were prepared and characterized. Their effects of adsorbing Cd^2+, Cr (Ⅵ) , Pb^2+ which were environmental pollution metal ions were investigated. Experiment results reveal that the adsorbent dose of glutaraldehyde-crosslinked chitosan to Cr ( Ⅵ ) and Pb^2+ of the same concentrations can reach up to 99.6% , which is much higher than those of Cd^2+. The saturated adsorbent capacities of chitosan hydrogel beads to metal ions are in the decreasing order of Pb^2+ 〉 Cr ( Ⅵ ) 〉〉Cd^2+ The adsorbent effect of the porous membrane for Cd^2+ is better when the proportion of dibutyl phthalate-chitosan was 1 : 4. The static and dynamic adsorption investigations of the corresponding membrane to Cd ^2+ have been carried out. The effects of pH, temperature and concentration, etc to the adsorption of Cd^2+ were investigated, meanwhile. Finally, the optimal adsorption condition was confirmed.
