摘要
在具有尖晶石型的晶体结构中,阳离子都处于特殊位置,O离子的坐标为(u,u,u),在成分或温度变化时,O离子的坐标发生变动,就牵动着整个结构的变化。本文在讨论了尖晶石型结构中各离子的几何关系之后,作了一些关系图,例如Y(B-0)对Y(O-A)/关系图。它按(A-O)/(B-O)数值的大小(或者u值的大小)将各点分成五个区,显然,它们受A、B阳离子大小的控制,在这基础上讨论了O离子的移动轨迹。最后讨论了尖晶石衍生体结构的空间群变化规律性。
This paper discusses the microvariation regularities of the spinel-type crystal structuresin terms of the characteristic ion coordinates and the moving orbit of oxygen ion during compositionvariation. Some diagrams are presented,including the diagrams of correlation between the u vaIueand the (A-O)/(B-O) value. On the basis of the above discussion, some regularities are presented.In the diagrams the projection points fall within 5 regions according to u values,and they are con-trolled by the size of A, B cations.As a matter of fact,the derivative structures of spinel are the ordered structures of spinel. Thevariations of space group of the derivative structures of spinel and their regularities are also dis-cussed .
