This article is divided into 3 parts for publication. Part 3 introduces the general situation of System of China Railway Standards and the management system, the introduction and types of China market access, the support from technical institutes on market access system of products special for railway, the supervision following the access to railway market, and the gap between the systems of China railway standards and market access and the advanced levels of the world railway.
