试验选择40头生产性能、泌乳日龄相近的妊娠荷斯坦奶牛,采用单因素随机试验设计,研究添加不同植物油籽对其血液脂肪酸及生化指标的影响。试验结果表明,添加植物油籽对奶牛动脉血浆中顺-9,反-11CLA、C18:3等大部分脂肪酸影响不显著。但膨化大豆(ES)、混合油籽(MIX)、整粒全脂大豆组(WS)血浆中反-11C18:1分别较对照组(CT)提高了132.75%、113.36%和41.01%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。膨化大豆、混合油籽、整粒全脂大豆组动脉血中瘦素(leptin)较对照组分别显著提高219.67%、160.66%和85.25%。总的来看,膨化大豆对血浆中反-11C18:1含量和瘦素浓度影响强于其它处理;而处理之间血浆中CLA含量差异不显著,这也间接说明乳脂中的CLA含量在一定程度上取决于血液中的反-11C18:1。
This study was used to determine fatty acid profile and biochemical indices in blood from feeding different vegetable oilseed. Forty Chinese holstein dairy cows were randomly allocated to 4 treatments. Cows in four treatments were fed a basal diet(CT) or basal diet supplemented with either whole soybeans(WS), expanded soybeans(ES), or a mix of whole cottonseed, whole soybeans and expanded soybeans(MIX). Blood samples were taken from the coccygeal vein or artery at 4h post-feeding on the last day of experiment and analyzed for blood chemistry. It is shown that cis-9,trans-11CLA and other fatty acids except for trans-11C18:1 in plasma were not different among treatments. Compared with control treatment, trans-11C18:1 content of the plasma in ES, MIX and WS treatments increased 132.75%,113.36%,41.01% ,respectively (P〈0.01)o At the same time, in ES, MIX and WS treatments, leptin concentration of the serum increased 219.67%, 160.66%,85.25%, respectively. The results suggested that feeding expanded soybeans to dairy cows enhanced the trans-11 C18:1 and leptin concentration in blood without influencing other fatty acids and blood parameters. Similarly, the study indirectly demonstrated cis-9,trans-11CLA content in milk fat to be more relation to trans 11 CLA content of the plasma.
