奶牛α1-抗胰蛋白酶及其基因多态性研究进展

摘要 α1-抗胰蛋白酶是一种多功能糖蛋白。奶牛α1-抗胰蛋白酶编码基因多态性很高,并对奶牛经济性状具有重要意义。本文主要综述了α1-抗胰蛋白酶及其编码基因在奶牛上的研究进展。
