摘要
日本占领蒙疆地域后,在张家口、大同、厚和、包头等地设置了外交机构。到1945年8月日本投降,上述各地的外交机构名称几经变换。先后出现的名称有领事馆办事处、领事馆、总领事馆、大使馆事务所等,非常混乱。笔者根据时间及城市顺序,对日本在蒙疆地区外交机构的名称变迁进行考证、理顺说明,通过对名称变迁原因等进行分析,揭示日本对蒙政策之变化。
After seizing the Mongolian territory, Japan set up diplomatic institutions in such places as Zhangjiakou, Datong, Houhe and Baotou. Before Japan＇ s surrender in the August of 1945, names for the above mentioned diplomatic institutions were changed a few times. According to the sequence of their appearance, they were named Consulate Office, Consulate, Consulate General and Embassy, etc, which was in a big mess. According to the sequence of time and cities, the author makes a study and elucidation about these changes and analyzes their reasons so as to reveal the changes of Japan＇s attitude towards Mongol.
