氟化钙骨内植入的生物学评价

Biological evaluation of calcium fluoride used in intraosseous implantation

采用国际标准化的骨内植入法，观察氟化钙的生物相容性，同时以氢氧化钙和空白作对照。植入后１、４、１４周光镜观察可见，植入的氟化钙所引起的炎症反应轻，与对照组间的差异无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。４周时始出现骨修复现象，１２周时植入物被结缔组织被膜所包裹，后者较薄、细胞成份较少。早期骨窗边缘骨坏死是由手术创伤所引起。表明氟化钙与骨组织有较好的生物相容性。

To examine the bone reaction to calcium fluoride, the standardized bone implantation technique recommended by FDI was used . Calcium fluoride resulted in a slight inflammatory reaction. but no systemic toxic reaction and allergization. The study indicates that calcium fluoride possesses good quality of biocompatibility.
