预成金属全冠在后牙残根残冠修复中的应用

The application of prefabricated metallic crown in restoration of residual posterror root and crown

利用残根的生理功能，用核—预成全冠保存修复５０例原需拔除的后牙残根残冠。方法包括根管治疗，牙用根管钉，光敏树脂和银汞核。经１年临床观察，修复体恢复咀嚼功能状况良好，Ｘ线牙片复查显示原患慢性根尖周炎，其根尖阴影较前有缩小，直至消失。而稀疏区牙槽骨有增生现象。预成金属全冠绝大多数应用良好。

For the purpose of keeping the physiological functin of the residual roots, posterior residual roots and crowns were restored in 50 cases with dental root post, light curing composite or silver amalgam core and prefabricated crown after endodontic treatment. One year follow up revealed that the restoration resumed good chewing function. X ray examination showed regenesis of periodontic tissues in some cases with previous chonic periapical inflammation. Most of the prefabricated crowns remained and functioned well. Because of its simplicity and time saving, the technique can be widely used.
