构建专业实践教学体系 培养应用型物流人才

Constructing Professional Practice Teaching System and Cultivating Applied Logistics Personnel

随着物流业在我国的快速发展,物流人才成为我国目前最紧缺的人才之一。如何以行业发展和企业需求为依据,加强专业实践教学,培养应用型物流人才,是高职院校物流专业教育的根本任务。通过昆明冶金高等专科学校物流管理专业实践教学体系的构建,提出一种应用型物流人才的培养模式。

With the development of logistics industry in China, the logistics personnel become one of the most scarcest talents. Based on the development of the industry and the demand of the enterprises, how to strengthen professional practice teaching and train applied logistics personnel is the fundamental task of logistics professional education in higher vocational colleges. This paper provides a talent education model for applied logistics personnel by constructing logistics management practice teaching system.
