摘要
堆焊作为一门传统高效的表面工程技术,近年来有了许多新发展,在国内石化和冶金行业大型重要设备的修复或零部件的强化中得到了广泛应用。通过在特定材料基体上进行等离子和激光两种方式的堆焊修复实验,并对两种堆焊层和基体进行金相分析以及硬度和拉伸的测试比较,得出在特定基体上堆焊的有效方式。
In order to repair the matrix which had miss the mark, some experiments were done on a certain material by laser cladding and plasma transferred arc processing. Then analysed the metal-urgical phase,solidness and the elongation due to tension, Finally got a best way to repair the component part.
