摘要
以提高超声加工中的材料去除率为目的,基于ANSYS有限元模态分析、谐响应分析模块,利用ANSYS优化设计方法对变幅杆的形状与谐振长度进行优化,完成了在满足许用应力条件下具有大振幅比的新型变幅杆设计。
In order to enhance the material removal rate in ultrasonic machining , based on model analysis and harmonic response analysis of ANSYS, the shape and vibration length of the ultrasonic horn was optimized by using optimum design of ANSYS, and a new kind of ultrasonic horn with large amplitude ratio and satisfying promised stress was designed.
