摘要
5CrMnMo钢制热锻模的失效形式为早期开裂,模腔变形塌陷。在生产现场反复考察、分析和用金相显微镜分析模具热处理前后的显微组织特征后,通过改进锻后淬火强韧化热处理工艺,显著提高了模具的使用寿命,平均寿命达到20 000件。
5CrMnMo steel forging dies failure early form of crack, deformation of the cavity and collapse. Production through the scene of repeated observation and analysis, microstructure analysis of the mold before and after heat treatment characteristics of the microstructure, forging improved after quenching toughening process, and significantly increase the service life of the die. The average life ex- pectancy was about 20,000.
