摘要 由于煤质灰熔点低,恩德炉操作温度很难达到设计指标,使气体中有机物含量增高,导致尿素产品变为黄色。通过调整入炉煤质和掺烧比例、增加干燥装置降低入炉煤的含水量,使恩德炉的操作温度由960℃提高至980℃,有效解决了尿素变色问题,提高了煤气中有效气体成分,降低了氧耗,取得了可观的经济效益。 On account of the low ash fusion point of coal, it is very- difficult for the operating temperature of the Ende gasifier to reach the design target, and the content of organics in the gas increases, resulting in the yellowing of the urea product. By adjusting the quality of coal fed into the gasifier and the blending ratio, and decreasing the moisture of the feed coal with the addition of a dryer, the operating temperature of the Ende gasifier rises from 960 ℃ to 980 ℃, thereby effectively solving the problem of off-color of urea, increasing the active gaseous ingredients in the coal gas, lowering oxygen consumption, and obtaining remarkable economic results.
