摘要
叙述了中氮企业造气工段列管式废锅的缺点。根据热管锅炉的原理和特点,对其进行了"一炉一锅"的改造。同时改造了蒸汽流程,既充分回收显热,又提高入炉蒸汽品质。针对第1台组合式热管锅炉运行的不足,修改了设计参数,取得较理想的效果。
The defects are described of the shell-and-tube waste heat boiler in the gasification section of the medium nitrogenous fertilizer plant. In the light of the principle and characteristics of the heat tube boiler, a retrofit is done by using "one boiler for one gasifier". Meanwhile, the steam flow path is also renovated, not only is the sensible heat fully recovered, but also the quality of the steam entering the gasifier is improved. In line with the deficiency shown in the operation of the first combination heat tube boiler, the design parameters are revised, and ideal results are obtained.
