浅谈设计阶段的工程造价控制

A Brief Analysis of Cost Control of Project in the Design Stage

当前对于建设工程造价的控制,绝大部分是放在建设实施阶段进行,由此所带来的不利之处是只注重施工图预算、结算而忽视了实施前的造价控制;只注重施工而忽视设计;只注重砍价和压价而忽视科学合理的定价;只注重造价控制的形式而忽视其实质.这已不是真正意义上的造价控制,效果不理想.因此,应从工程设计与工程造价的关系入手,控制造价的关键应在设计阶段.

At present there exist tmfavomble factors which influence the cost of construction due to the implementation of much construction cost control under the working period, which has led to the problem of cost control before construction for it only concerns construction without paying much attention to the design. And it just concerns cutting down price without much attention to the price set in a scientific way, concerning the form of cost and ignoring the essence, which results in the loss of real control. The paper is to deal with the relations between project design and cost by proposing several ways of project cost during the designing period which is considered to be most important.
