云南高考体育加试武术专项考生的选材与培养

采用文献资料法、调查法和观察法等，对云南省1999—2007年高考体育加试武术专项考生的情况进行分析．研究认为：高考体育加试的武术专项考生，要取得好的成绩，教练或老师必须注意科学选材与全面培养，二者缺一不可．科学选材应以身体形态、身体素质、身体机能、心理因素、遗传因素等为标准，它决定着培养的价值；全面培养应涵盖人文素质、心理素质教育和科学的训练方法、手段等．

Documentary, investigation and observation were employed to study the candidates for martial arts in the college entrance examination from 1999 to 2（D7 and conclud that, as to guarantee the examinees＇ enrollment, the trainers must scout promising students and supply all- round training. A student＇s figure, physique, mental health and hereditary condition should be taken as the criterion for selecting, which determines the training values; developing should cover knowledge teaching, mental training as well as scientific training approaches.
