法学毕业生就业形势的日趋严峻,说明传统法学教育脱离了社会现实的需要。传统法学教育必须结合社会现实进行改革,以培养学生实际动手操作能力为目标的法学教育是摆脱目前困境的最佳选择。首先要调整课程设置,把具有实践操作内容的课程纳入教学范围;其次改变教学方法,克服传统教学的缺点,突出应用性;第三,调动学生的学习积极性,开辟各种应用性课堂;第四,配以相应考评、激励机制。
