摘要
针对农村剩余劳动力转移培训的现状,着重分析培训主体、培训体制、培训项目、就业市场等主要因素对培训效果的影响,提出转变培训观念、完善培训管理体制、明确培训责任主体、整合培训需求、确立科学的培训目标、构建完善的教育培训与就业信息服务体系等有效措施,以期提高农村剩余劳动力转移教育培训的效果。
In view of the current situation of the training of rural surplus labor force transference,the article analyses the influence of training mainstay, training system, training progrMinxi Vocational and Technical College, Longyan, Fujian, 364021am and job market on training effect, suggests to change the training idea, improve training management system, clarify the mainbody of responsibility, integrate the training needs, establish a scientific training objectives and build a sound education training and employment information service system to improve the training effect of rural surplus labor force transference..
