知识是咨询业的重要资源,知识管理是企业对开发、利用和保护知识资源的管理。西方咨询业的知识管理模式有3类:信息化模式、人性化模式和技术创新模式,企业选择何种模式应考虑企业的发展水平、资源禀性,市场定位和发展战略等因素。
Knowledge is a significant resource and knowledge management is a management of development, utilization and protective knowledge resource for enterprises. There are three sorts of knowledge management in western consulting industry, i.e. informationization mode, humanization mode and technological innovation mode. The mode selected by the enterprise shall take development level, resource disposition and development strategy, etc.
