摘要
目的:观察依那普利、吲达帕胺单药或联合治疗对2型糖尿病伴高血压者血糖、血钾的影响。方法:120例2型糖尿病伴高血压病人,其中男64例、女56例,年龄35~78岁,分为3组,每组加例。依那普利组口服依那普利10mg每日1次,吲达帕胺组口服吲达帕胺2.5mb每日1次,联合治疗组两药同服,服法同上2组。3组疗程均为12周。检测各组治疗前后空腹血糖、血钾。结果:依那普利组空腹血糖降低、血钾上升(P<0.01),吲达帕胺组空腹血糖升高、血钾降低(P<0.01),联合治疗组空腹血糖、血钾均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:依那普利与吲达帕胺联用不仅联合降压,而且互相纠正单用引起的血糖、血钾波动的不良反应。
Objective: To observe the effects of enalapril and indapamide aione or combined treatment on plasma glucose and serum potassium in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension.Methods: 120 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, male 64, female 56, age 35 - 78, with hypertension were divided into three groups. The patients in enalapril group(n = 40) were given enalapril 10 mg, qd for 12 weeks. The patients in indapamide group(n = 40) were given indapamide 2.5 mg, qd for 12 weeks. The patients in combined group(n = 40) were given both enalapril and indapamide that were used as described above. The levels of fasting plasma glucose and serum potassium were examined before and after treatment in the three groups.Results: The level of fasting plasma glucose reduced in enalapril group and elevated in indapamide group. The level of serum potassium elevated in enalapril group and reduced in indapamide group. All these were significantly different compared with that before treatments( P 〈 0.01 ). In combined group., the levels of serum potassium and fasting plasma glucose did not change remarkably after treatment ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Combination therapy with enalapriI and indapamide not only has better antihypertensive efficacy, but also can offset the adverse fluctuant of fasting plasma glucose and serum potassium caused by monotherapy of enalapril or indapamide.
