抗菌药不合理使用导致继发真菌感染的调查分析

Investigation and Analyes of the Secondary Fungal Infections Due to Abuse of Anti-bacterial Drugs

目的:探讨医院真菌感染与抗菌药不合理使用的关系。方法:通过对内科60例真菌感染的病人及抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:老年病人是诱发真菌感染的易感人群,部位以肠道感染为主,以联合用药者居多。结论:使用抗菌药物抗感染过程中应严格遵循抗菌药物的使用原则,合理选择与应用,确保临床用药安全。

Objective： To study the relationship between the secondany fungal infections in hospital and the abuse of anti - bacterial drugs. Methods： By analying the retrospective study about the 60 cases of fungal infections in internal medicine and their using of the anti - bacterial drugs.Results： Most of the secondary fungal infections patients occumed in the elder and pnedilection site was inteslinal tracts and much more secondary infections occurned in comblined antibiotics therapy.Concluslons： The medical professionals should obey the basic principels in rational selection and using of anti - bacterial drugs so that they ensured the safe of the using medicines in clinical.
