C-Kit基因及其突变与白血病 被引量:2

摘要 C-Kit原癌基因表达产物C—Kit受体(又命名为CD117)与其配体干细胞因子(SCF)结合后,可激发酪氨酸残基磷酸化,从而调节细胞的生长。对正常造血细胞、肥大细胞、黑色素细胞的增殖和分化以及肿瘤细胞的增殖、恶性演进及凋亡等方面都有重要作用。本文主要综述C—Kit的结构、信号激活的转导途径、调控途径、C—Kit基因突变与白血病的发生、治疗、预后关系。
