The construction of the teacher team is very important for the layout and adjustment of the countryside primary schools, which is related to the healthy development of the teacher team, overall growth of the students, and the improvement of the shool level. This thesis , on the basis of some investigation and study, anylizes the problems about the contruction of the teacher team regarding the layout and adjustment of the countryside primary schools, and puts forward the ideas and contermeasures to solve these problems.
