As one of three main types of traditional Chinese garden, temple garden is indeed important in Chinese history, especially for the reason of the ecological culture. This article briefly introduces the history of development of Chinese Buddhism Temple Gardens and explains their ecological culture, as well as summarizes the realistic meaning of this ecological culture as following：environment protection and exploitation of ecological tourism.
