摘要
ZJ2区为靖安油田侏罗系油藏的一个老区块,自1996年投产以来,随着开发的不断深入,综合含水不断上升,地层流体内由于存在CO_2、H_2S等腐蚀性介质;井筒状况日益复杂。2006年6月开始,对该区进行全面综合治理,采取倒加缓蚀剂、优化杆柱组合及整井更换等多种措施综合治理管杆的腐蚀、偏磨及疲劳等。经过近一年的治理,效果非常显著,井筒状况得到了明显改善。
ZJ2 Reservoir is an old reservoir of JINGAN Jurassic Oilfield. The year of placing on production was 1996. With the development ingoing, the composite water cut of this reservoir ascends continuously. The condition of wellbore become more complication because of the formation fluid containing abundant corrosive just as H2S、CO2 etc. The collation harness of this reservoir begun on June,2006. The ways use to collation harness the corrotion、eccentric wear、exhaustion include using anti -corrosive agent, optimizing the combination of tubings and rods, replacing the tubings and rods of whole well. The effect is markedness after a year of collation harness, the condition of wellbore have been obviously improved.
