摘要
目的分离并鉴定马蹄莲中的有机酸。方法将乙醇提取物用硅胶柱色谱分离,分离得到有机酸,其化学结构经UV、IR、^1H—NMR、^13C—NMR及GC—MS波谱分析确证。结果从马蹄莲中分离得到两种化合物:棕榈酸、肉豆蔻酸。结论两种化合物均系首次从马蹄莲中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and identificate the organic acid from zantedeshia aethiopica. Methods The oraganic acid from ethanol extracting part was abtained by silica chromatogram gel, and their chemical structure was identifed by UV, IR,^1H - NMR,^13C - NMR and GC - MS spectra data. Results Two oraganic acids, hexadecanoic acid and tetradecanoic acid, were abtained from zantedeshia aethiopica. Conclusion The oraganic acids are firstly isolated from zantedeshia aethiopica.
