Problem Analysis and Path Finding for Intra-county Ecomomic Development

当前我国县域经济发展中存在的问题主要有传统农业的低效率、中小工商业发展不足、滞后的城镇化、基础设施和人力资源缺乏、资源利用与环保矛盾凸现。促进县域经济又好又快的发展,需要创新农业发展思路,改造县域传统农业;突出个性项目建设,加快特色经济发展;加快城镇建设进程,开拓经济发展空间;优化经济发展环境,增大政府财政投入;加强自然环境保护,促进经济持续发展。

Intra-county ecomomy is the complex of the economic departments in the intra-county. It is an economic activity conducting in the compex space. It belongs to meso-economics. At present there are many problems in the development of the intracounty economy, such as the inefficiency of the traditional agriculture, the insufficient development of the small and medium-sized industry and commerce, Lagged ubanization, shortage of infrastructure and human resources, contradiction between resource utilization and enviromental protection. In order to promote a better and faster development of the intra-county, we need to innovate the agricultural development concepts, reform the traditional agriculture of the intracounty, give prominence to the individual construction projects, increase the development of the specialized economy and the process of the urban construction, expand the economic development space ,optimize the economic development enviroment, increase the govenmental financial input, strenthen the enviromental protection, promote the sustained development of economy.
