热电阻、热电偶测校准仪的研制与测量不确定度

The Development and Uncertainty in Measurement for the Calibrate Standard of Thermal Resistance and Thermocouple Test Instrument

随着测温电桥和低电势直流电位差计分别被热电阻、热电偶测试仪或数字多用表所代替,为解决其校准问题,我们根据其特点研制了这套校准器,并给出了测量不确定度。

Along with the bridges for measuring temperature and the low electric potential cocurrent potentiometer has been taken placed by the thermal resistance, thermocouple test instrument or digital multimeter, in order to solve the calibration problem, we develop this calibrator according to its characteristic, and show the uncertainty in measurement.
