摘要 采用金相分析和扫描电镜分析方法,分析了钻杆接头喷焊耐磨带脱落原因。结果表明,基体金属与合金块间气孔和裂纹的存在是导致钻杆耐磨带在使用过程中脱落的主要原因,并结合喷焊工艺提出了预防措施。 The causes of the wearable zone dropout were analyzed by the metallography analysis and SEM.The result shows that the porosity and crack between the base metal and the alloy block is the main cause of wear-resistant zone dropout during the lifespan,and the preventive measures had been proposed from the welding process.
