This thesis expounds the present condition of Wenzhou industrial arts and analyzes the special background of it from the geographical and economic aspects of views. And it is to discuss the maintaining way of Wenzhou industrial arts from the following points： propaganda support, new employee training, present resources, high technology, communication channel and etc..
