市场势力:温州出口企业的功能缺失及增进策略

摘要 市场势力作为企业的一种重要功能,是企业市场地位的集中体现。在温州出口企业市场势力普遍缺失的情况下,培育和增进出口企业市场势力是提升温州市产业国际竞争力的重要路径。根据市场结构理论,市场势力的主要影响因素有三个,即市场需求弹性、市场集中度和企业间合谋的可能性。文章分析了温州出口企业市场势力缺失的现状及原因,并相应提出了实施产品差异化、优化产业组织以及消除制度性障碍等增进策略。 As an important enterprise function, market power is a centralized embodiment of the enterprise market position. Under the circumstance of prevalent market power absence of our enterprises, to cultivate and enhance the enterprise market power is an important path to enhance our country's international industry competition, According to the market structure theory, there're three determinants of market power, which is the market demand elasticity, market concentration ratio and the probability of collusion among enterprises. This article analyzes the actuality and reasons of market power absence in our enterprises, and then accordingly puts forward some promotional strategies, such as product diversity stratagem, industry organization optimization, clearing up institutional obstacles and etc.
