摘要
以普通玻璃片作为基片,首次用溶胶-凝胶浸渍-提拉法制得TiO2/CeO2/SnO2薄膜,该薄膜厚度均匀,且在室温下具有良好的光致超亲水性。主要研究了薄膜厚度、热处理温度对复合薄膜亲水性能的影响,并利用XRD、DTA-TG进行了表征。
The TiO2/CeO2/SnO2 coupled films with super hydrophilicity are prepared by sol-gel dip-coating for the first time. The influence of CeO2, SnO2 on the hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin films is studied in detail. It turns out that the hydrophilicity of TiO2/1.5%CeO2/5%SnO2 coupled films is the best.
