输卵管积水对窗口期子宫内膜基因谱的影响 被引量:2

摘要 应用Affymetrix U133A2.0基因表达谱芯片分析正常志愿者、输卵管积水和输卵管阻塞三者在胚泡植入窗期子宫内膜基因的差异表达.正常样本与积水样本有显著差异表达的基因588个,正常样本与阻塞样本180个,积水样本与阻塞样本750个,三者均有显著差异表达的基因28个.该结果表明输卵管积水患者的低妊娠率可能与其容受性受影响相关. The differentially expressed genes were analyzed among hydrosalpinx,tubal obstruction and healthy volunteer in the window of implantation,using Affymetrix U133A 2.0 gene chip. There were 588 genes significantly differently expressed between hydrosalpinx and volunteer, 180 genes between tubal obstruction and volunteer,750 genes between hydrosalpinx and tubal obstruction. All three samples have 28 significantly differently expressed genes. Affection of hydrosol-pinx on endometrial receptivity may cause low pregnancy rate of hydrosalpinx patient.
