摘要
教育技术能力是农村教师专业素质的必要组成部分,是农村教师专业发展的重要标志。根据我国《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》(2004),从意识与态度、知识与技能、应用与创新、社会责任四个方面具体规定了中小学教师包括农村教师应达到的教育技术能力标准,旨在提高农村教师教育技术能力水平,促进农村教师专业能力发展,让农村孩子"学有所教"的教育质量得以提高。面对农村教师这个十分重要而又独特的群体,其教育技术培训、考核和认证体系的特殊政策与实践运作方式,要根据《标准》,结合实际来探索。
The ability of educational technology is an essential component of the professional quality of rural teachers and a significant symbol of their professional development. According to Educational Technology Ability Standards for Elementary and Secondary School Teachers (trial) (2004), the educational technology ability standards have been set up for elementary and secondary school teachers, including rural teachers, from the following four aspects: consciousness and attitude, knowledge and skills, application and innovation, and social responsibility. The Standards aims at improving rural teachers" competence of educational technology, promoting their professional development, enhancing the education quality to ensure all rural children can receive schooling. It is suggested that we should take the actual situation into consideration that rural teachers are an important and unique group, when we probe into the issues of the education technology training, the special policies on check and certification systems, and the practical operation ways on the basis of the Standards.
