摘要
创新人才培养已成为21世纪高校最重要的任务.文章围绕创新人才培养,从文化建设的角度,就高校如何建设创新的大学文化进行了探讨和研究.这对于进一步顺应当前高等教育的发展趋势,实现大学的理想和社会价值具有一定的指导意义.
From the perspective of culture construction, we explored how to construct an innovative culture in China＇s institutions of higher learning, hoping to provide guidelines for fitting the academic idealism into the social realism.
