在建设社会主义新农村,构建和谐社会的历史进程中,必须从解决"三农"问题的战略高度来认识出版传播在农村先进文化建设中的重要作用;把握农村读者的特殊性,充分实现和优化出版传播的先进文化建设功能;广泛开拓农村图书营销传播渠道,为农村先进文化建设注入活力。
In the historic course of socialist new rural & harmonious social construction, we must realize the importance of publishing communication in the construction of advanced culture in the countryside on the stratagic stature of solving "Problem of Agriculture, Country and Farmer". We should grasp rural readers' particularities, and fully carry out & optimize the'function of publishing communication to the construction of advanced culture. We should also exploit rural books-marketing channel, and immit energy for the construction of advanced culture in the countryside.
