培养创新型人才是知识经济时代对高等教育提出的新要求。传统的知识教学忽视了人的主体性、能动性的发挥,忽视了其作为人所具有的个性,已经满足不了知识飞速发展与更新的需要。因此,高校要创新知识教学,以人为本,改进教学方法,创造良好的教学环境,从而有效地培养学生的创新精神,提高学生的创新能力。

The knowledge economy is a new one based on the knowledge innovation, and the training of innovation talent is a new requirement for the higher education from the knowledge economy society. The traditional knowledge teaching neglects people＇s being the subject in it, their activity and their being individuals. The traditional knowledge teaching can＇t meet the requirement of the rapid knowledge progress and renovation. We must renew knowledge teaching. The current knowledge teaching must stick to the principle of its being people-oriented, improve teaching methods and create good teaching conditions for the higher education, so that we could foster students＇ creativity and improve students＇ innovation ability.
