环磷酰胺冲击治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Cyclophosphamide Intravenous Pulse Therapy on Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome in Children

目的:观察环磷酰胺治疗小儿难治性肾病的临床疗效。方法:13例难治性肾病患儿在激素治疗的基础上采用环磷酰胺冲击治疗。结果:12例患儿全部缓解,1例由于上感而复发。结论:环磷酰胺冲击治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效满意。

Objective： To observe clinical curative effects of cyclophosphamide in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children. Methods： Thirteen patients with refractory nephropathy were treated with cyclophosphamide intravenous pulse therapy on the basis of glucocorticoids treatment.Results： All of the 12 patients were remission and 1 patient relapsed due to cold.Conclusion： The effect is satisfying with cyclophosphamide pulse therapy in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome in children.
