多层次地培养中青年医生队伍

An overall educational program for an echelon of young and middle aged medical personnel

笔者分析了北京协和医院中青年医师队伍现状，针对性地提出了全面多层次地培养合格人材的意见。尤其要从医术和医德两个方面培养人材，缺一不可，不能偏废。

Addressed to the present state of young and middle aged doctors in Beijing Union Medical College Hospital, a proposal is put forward here by the author to bring up better qualified doctors acomplished both in skill and ethics. The lack of either is a failure.
