什么是价值?价值是如何创造出来的?对于这两个问题的有几种不同的观点。第一种观点认为,劳动是一切价值(无论是劳动价值还是使用价值)的唯一源泉;第二种观点认为,劳动只是劳动价值的唯一源泉,不是使用价值的唯一源泉,自然界也是使用价值的源泉;第三种观点认为,价值是人类天生赋予的、意识决定的,意志与理念决定价值的存在与否。马克思通过对前人理论的继承和批判,建立了比较科学的劳动价值论:劳动决定价值。随着现代市场经济的发展,特别是我国由传统的计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨的新时代赋予了马克思主义劳动价值论以新的内容和意义,而在当前发展中继续起着重要的指导作用。

Value,what is it？ And what is it that creat First,someone think labor is the only source of all value（not the value？ There are so many different answers only the value of labor,but also the value of use） Second, labor is just the source of the value of labor, which is not the source of the value of use. The source of the value of use is including nature. Third, value is the talent of human that is determind by consciousness, will and idea. Marx established Labor Theory of Value that labor determined value, which is objective, by succeeded and repudiated the theory of seniors. The system of our econarny system is changing from the traditonal planned economy to he socialist market economy with the development of modern market economy. The new content and significance of Marxism＇s Labor Theory of Value is endowed with the new era,and in current which is the guidance of our society always.
