摘要
以H2C2O4.2H2O和ZnO为原料,用流变相反应制备了纳米ZnO.用正交实验法研究确定了最佳合成条件:用流变相反应在60℃加热3 h制得前驱物ZnC2O4.2H2O,再将前驱物在450℃热分解3 h得到纳米ZnO.通过FR-IR、TG-DTA、XRD、TEM等分别对前驱物的组成、热分解行为与纳米氧化锌的物相结构、粒径等进行了表征.通过实验现象与结果对反应机理进行了探讨.
H2C2O4·2H2O and ZnO used as raw materials, nanometer ZnO was prepared with rheological phase reaction method. The optimal preparation conditions were decided by orthogonal test. The precursor (ZnC2O4· 2H2O) was synthesized by rheological phase reaction at 60℃ . After 3h in 450℃, the precursor decomposed into nanometer ZnO . Precursor' s constitution and decomposition was characterized by FR-IR and TG-DTA, and substance phase and grain size of nanometer ZnO by XRD and TEM. According to the experimental result, the reaction mechanism was discussed .
