摘要
针对微小型电火花加工装置电极夹持困难、辅助加工时间长等问题,提出了直接驱动电极丝的方法,采用超声马达作为电极的驱动器.利用有限元分析方法对超声马达进行模态分析,求解出超声马达的最佳振动模态和驱动频率.对整个系统进行了实验研究,验证了该系统的可行性.
In order to resolve the problem of long assistant machining time, miniaturized EDM device with electrode direct driving mechanism has been designed, using an ultrasonic motor as its driver. The analysis of vibration modal is accomplished by using ANSYS. Further more, the optimal vibration modal and driving frequency have been implemented by animate function of ANSYS. The test of the whole system has been conducted, and the feasibility of the system has been verified.
