N、P、K肥配施对不同品种紫花苜蓿可溶性多糖含量的影响 被引量:2

Effects of N,P and K Fertilization on the Soluble Polysaccharide Contents of Different Alfalfa Varieties

摘要 以阿尔冈金、WL-232HQ和敖汉苜蓿为试材,采用"3414"试验方案进行了N、P、K肥配施对紫花苜蓿盛花期和成熟期可溶性多糖含量影响的研究.结果表明:施N对紫花苜蓿可溶性多糖含量的影响不同品种表现不一;施P、K有利于紫花苜蓿可溶性多糖含量的增加.可溶性多糖含量WL-232HQ和阿尔冈金均在处理2(N0P2K2)时最高,敖汉苜蓿在处理11(N3P2K2)时最高,且处理2(N0P2K2)时WL-232HQ的可溶性多糖含量均显著高于处理2(N0P2K2)的阿尔冈金和处理11(N3P2K2)的敖汉苜蓿. The effects of N, P and K fertilizers on the soluble polysaccharides content were studied at flourishing blossom stage and mature stage of alfalfa by "3414" optimized design with Algoquin, WL - 232HQ and Aohan . The results showed that N had different effect on Soluble polysaecharides content of different varieties alfalfa; Application of P,K was contributed to increasing Soluble polysaccharides content. The soluble polysaccharides content of WL - 232HQ and Algoguin were both higher under the fertilizer application treatment 2, while that of Aohan was higher under the treatment 11. And the Soluble polysaccharide content of WL - 232HQ under the treatment 2 was obviously higher than that of Algoquin under the treatment 2 and Aohan under the treatment 11.
