通辽市农牧区成人糖尿病危险因素研究

Study on the Risk Factors Inducing Adult Diabetes in the Agricultural and Pastoral Areas in Tongliao City

目的：探讨通辽市农牧区成人血糖水平的危险因素.方法：对通辽市半农半牧区的22岁～70岁间农牧民血糖水平及其影响因素进行逐步回归分析.结果：在半农半牧区成人吸烟、饮酒是影响血糖升高的主要危险因素,体重指数和腰臀比表达不明显,40岁～69岁间男女血糖异常率有显著性差异,女性高于男性.结论：不同地区、不同人群中糖尿病的危险因素不尽相同,应有针对性的采取干预措施.

Objective：To study the risk factors affecting adult blood glucose level in the agricultural and pastoral areas in Tongliao City. Methods：The relation between the blood glucose level of peasants and herdsmen aged from 22 to 70 and its influencing factors in the half agricultural and pastoral areas in Tongliao city were analyzed by regression analysis. Results：The main risk factors inducing hyperglycemia were smoking and alcohol drinking in this region. The changes of BMI and WHR were not obvious. A significant difference was seen between pathoglycemia rates for the men and women aged from 40 to 69 and the incidence of pathoglycemia for the women was higher than that for the men. Conclusion：The risk factors inducing diabetes in the different regions and populations are variable and the pertinent intervention measues are taken on the basis of detailed conditions.
