老年髋关节置换围手术期病人DVT的预防及护理

Perioperative Nursing Measures for the Senile Patients with THR to Prevent DVT

目的:为更好的防止老年围手术期全髋关节置换病人发生DVT.方法:针对性的进行健康宣教,做到积极预防密切观察DVT的临床表现,早期的主动、被动功能锻炼.结果:通过对63例老年围手术期病人的预防观察及护理有2例发生轻微的DVT,经积极有效的治疗康复出院.结论:有效的预防护理措施能降低THR术后发生DVT.

Objective： To discuss the nursing measures for preventing perioperative deep vein thrombosis （DVT） in the senile patients with total hip replacement （THR）. Methods： Directive health education was carried out first. The nursing staff attentively observed the clinical manifestations of DVT to prevent its occurrence and the patients carried out the active and passive dirigations early at the same time. Results ：Among 63 eases nursed with these measures slight DVT happened to 2 cases and these cases recovered after treatment. Conclusion：Effective and preventive nursing measures play an important role in reducing the incidence of DVT for the senile patients with THR.
