摘要
考察了年龄和劳动生产率的关系以及招聘中年龄限制的作用机制,提出了与传统研究不同的观点,认为年龄限制不一定是歧视,并从一般均衡的视角对年龄限制的效应进行了分析,指出政府可以通过提供教育、培训补贴等措施来增强劳动力市场弱势群体的竞争力,而不是监督用人单位怎样招聘。
This paper explores the relationship between age and productivity, and the operation mechanism of age limitation in recruitment. We put forward different ideas from traditional research,and believe that age limit is not necessarily discrimination,and analyses the effect of age limit from the angle of general equilibrium. Government should provide education, training allowance and so on to enhance the competence of those who are weak in the labor market, and not to monitor the companies about how to recruit.
