Fund raising of private hi-tech enterprises

为缓解民营科技企业融资瓶颈问题,运用实证研究和调研的方法,指出融资是民营科技企业发展的瓶颈,通过挖掘国有银行潜力、引导海外融资和民间融资、建立股份科技开发银行等措施可以有效缓解民营科技企业融资难的问题。

In order to relieve the hard financing for private hi-tech enterprises,we utilize the positivism methodology, and point out that fund raising becomes the bottleneck for private hi-tech enterprises.Why？ We find it quite natural to be affected by financial mechanism. The capital market of our country developes improperly, and the risk investment market and the private investment market developes slowly. Taking steps by excavateing the potentiality of state-owned commercial banks to guide the private hi-tech enterprises to fianace from overseas and private,and by establishing technological ventures limited liability banks ,can relieve the hardship of financing.
