摘要
目前,中小企业已经成为推动我国国民经济发展的重要力量,但是同大企业比较,中小企业的总体竞争能力较弱,尤其是人才流失问题比大企业更为严重,在一定程度上严重影响了中小企业的健康稳步发展。本文在提出中小企业人力资源管理特点的基础上,对中小企业人才流失的原因进行分析,并提出相应的对策。
At present, the small and medium-sized enterprise already became to important strength impel our country's national economy development, but comparing with the big enterprise, their overall competitive ability is weak, in particular brain drain problem. To a certain extent it affects the small and medium-sized enterprise develop with steady steps. This article shows the small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management characteristic foundation, carries on to the small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain reason analyses, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
