马克思以自己的分工理论为基础所论证的大机器生产方式下,社会分工向生产组织内部分工转化的趋势和生产组织内部分工状态下劳动者的劳动力产权难得确证而引起劳资关系紧张和无产阶级革命、进而引致资本主义灭亡的论断,并没有完全变成现实。从理论上分析,分工存在的二元发展趋势和劳动力产品的独特性质在马克思的理论论证中没能得到充分重视,是其生产组织和劳动力产权思想中存在一定理论缺失的主要原因。

But, these judgments can＇t transform realistic. The limitation in Marx＇s theory is that the dualistic development of division of labor and the particular characteristic of labor＇ s can＇ t be attached importance to Marx.
